When a homeowner calls us and they don't have drawings, we just hand over the design to our talented design team. The entire team, together with the owners, work to achieve the best possible design within the desired budget range and build it to the highest quality standards. We find this approach works well for many people who may only want to deal with one team. Of course we are also are willing to bid any work that you may have at the pricing stage.
Communicating with our clients is an essential part of the design-build process. We work back-and-forth with homeowners, both in person and through our secure online client log in, to keep them informed about new project updates, plans and progress.
