Inspection time is to last no longer than one hour. We reserve the right not to provide this service to certain properties. This is a visual inspection only and is only provided as a preventative maintenance service. All inspections are undertaken at ground level (no ladder climbing). Inspection may not be used in conjunction with the purchase or sale of property or insurance related claims. We will initially provide a verbal report of our findings and recommendations. Inspection will be performed for the Titled owner of the property only and the owner must be present during the inspection. Extra charge for electrical and plumbing inspections because of licensing (call for details). Service area includes 5 mile radius of Winchester, MA (trip charge will be added to areas outside this, call for details). Coupon not valid with any other offer. Coupon not valid for cash back.
