Our Staff
Our office is fully staffed with personnel that work in unison with the field production team, creating maximum efficiency. All team members attend scheduled project meetings where progress reports are discussed and schedules are monitored. We are networked by cell phones and our team leaders have wireless laptops to quickly get information to other members of the team.
Several employees and subcontractors are long-term and very well accustomed to working within the home remodeling environment. Since we have such a vast array of subcontractors, we are able to get competitive pricing quickly.

Throughout the years the Gerry Dunleavy Construction Corporation has built up a relationship with an outstanding group of professional subcontractors and suppliers who are fully aware of a remodeling contractor's needs. Combined with our own permanent staff, most of which are long-term, we believe we have an unbeatable home construction team. Once we start a home renovation project, our goal is to get the job finished with high quality results as smoothly and as quickly as possible. Gerry visits the jobs frequently to oversee the progress and discuss various items with the homeowner, architect, subcontractors or staff.
